Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Walter obtained a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management at ESAN University in Lima, Peru and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Federico Villarreal University.
Walter worked as a marketing and sales manager for some of the leading Peruvian companies. He then chose to move to the United States, where he became a Realtor® in order to help those from Latin America get their dream homes.
He has been in the real estate industry for the last 10 years, and he often visits clients at their homes in order to make them feel as comfortable as possible. He started working as a loan officer for Great American Mortgage, but soon realized that he wanted to focus on the real estate side of the business. He went on to work for GT Realty and USA Real Estate before coming to Casas Advisors and joining our team. He believes that the relationships he has built will help him increase his client base.
In his spare time, Walter likes to read and spend time with his family. He is also devoted to charity work and is often helping out non-profit community groups and their programs.
