Nissim Sasson
Nissim Sasson is originally from Mexico City and has been living in San Diego, California since 1979. He has been a business man since 1975, and started his real estate endeavors in 2000. He became partner of First Residential in 2005 and worked there until 2010. When the economic crisis hit, he started receiving phone calls from homeowners seeking help with their mortgages. By helping out some of his clients, he became an expert in loan modifications and in distressed properties.
Nissim specializes in loan modifications and in evaluating real estate investment opportunities. His goal is to help as many people as possible fulfill their dreams and save their homes. He understands the hardships facing many families today including decreases in income, reduced work hours, layoffs, job losses, divorce, medical problems, or relocations.
