You can say that Laura knows this business from the ground up. She comes from a strong background in customer service and sales, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. She started her career in Real Estate as a loan processor in 2003. Due to her skills and dedication, she grew quickly within the company and became Operations Manager, overseeing Broker’s operations in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Her passion for Real Estate became evident as the years went by and she obtained her license in 2006, and has been a Realtor ever since. When the crisis hit, Laura was met with unique scenarios and challenges with clients in distress. To solve her clients’ problems, she became an expert in short sales and loan modifications, and obtained her certification as a Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Laura is proud of her Hispanic heritage, and is strongly focused on helping this market, which is often neglected. Her clients regard her as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and feel comfortable talking to her in Spanish, which is often their first language. She currently focuses on the South Bay Area, although she has closed transactions all over San Diego.
In her spare time, she volunteers as an editor for Ventana Magazine, a publication focused on attracting Real Estate investments to her home country, México. Laura loves reading, listening to jazz, electronic and alternative music, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying gourmet food.
