Ken was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. In June 30th, 1970, his parents brought him to live with them. He lived with his parents in New York City. In 1979, he decided to explore new horizons; consequently he joined the United States Navy. After military training in Florida, he was stationed in NAS Miramar until 1992. He received his Master‘s Degree in Business Administration from University of Redlands, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
Kenneth is a well rounded individual. He was a Co-Owner of a Medical Insurance Claims business, where he supervised twelve employees. He worked for the Social Security Administration as bilingual representative; as a Computer Salesperson for Gateway computers. Most recently he served as a 502 Direct ARRA Outreach Loan Specialist for the USDA serving the Rural Communities in the following counties: Imperial Valley, Riverside, and San Diego.
Kenneth’s career in the Mortgage industry started in 2002, and his Real Estate career in 2005. His primary goal is to help as many as possible in the in the communities achieved the American Dream of Home-ownership.
In his spare time, he loves to read, listen to music and spend time with his wife and their three little babies: two beautiful Chihuahua, and a miniature pincher.
