Gibrán Acosta

Gibrán Acosta is originally from Guadalajara, México, and has lived in San Diego since 1997. That same year, Gibrán started working at Genesis Communication International, Inc., as a Sales Representative. He soon became a supervisor and was responsible for overseeing a team of 15 salespeople. In 1999, he decided to open his own call center in Chula Vista, where he had more than 80 employees. His company kept growing and by 2000, he opened a second call center in San Ysidro to promote long distance services for companies like Qwest Communications and Clear World Communications.

Due to the growth in new technologies such as VoIP, long distance communications fell, and Gibrán decided to change his business focus towards real estate. In 2004, he started working for First Residential as Sales and Marketing Director, using his call center to attract clients to the business. He has remained in the real estate business ever since.

Gibrán is fluent in Spanish and English and he has a passion to help the Hispanic community, which, he believes, needs honest advice when making real estate decisions. He is happy to be part of Casas Advisors, where he spends his time connecting buyers and sellers with comprehensive real estate agents. In his spare time, he likes to visit art and design studios and spend time with his family and friends.
