Alma’s passion is to help others with her personalized service combined with professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm. She has been involved in the real estate business since 1984, when she worked in Mexico as an investor in land and investment properties. In 1986, she moved to San Diego and kept working as a real estate investor for ten more years. In 2006, she became a real estate agent in order to transfer her experience to her clients.
She specializes in negotiating purchases and sales of single family residences, condominiums, and income properties. She also performs relocation services for the cities of Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Escondido, Valley Center, Rancho Peñasquitos, Mira Mesa, Spring Valley, La Mesa, and their surrounding areas. Alma has obtained certifications as a Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Certified HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative) Specialist.
She thrives on providing clients excellent customer service, professionalism and support; her motto is “As my client, your wants and needs come first.” On her spare time, Alma volunteers in various local organizations, enjoys traveling, playing piano, playing golf, reading, and spending time with her family.
